What happens next
- We reply by email with independent advice. We aim to reply within 3 business days: what the job involves, whether one of our guides covers it, and what similar work typically costs in Australia.
- If paying a professional makes sense and you have said you are open to it, we may suggest one Australian provider and explain why they fit the job. We name them and ask you first. Nothing is passed on unless you agree to that provider.
- The provider deals with you directly. They quote, do the work and support it. Need to Know IT does not install equipment, take payment for the work or provide the support.
Before you send
- We cannot promise a provider in your area yet. We are starting with a small number of Australian providers who take small jobs, such as one NAS for an office of one to five people.
- Our advice is the same whether or not you want an introduction. The tick box at the end of the form is optional.
- We do not currently receive referral fees from any provider. If that changes, we will tell you before you agree to an introduction and list it on our independence disclosure. No provider can pay to be suggested.
